Grounded beef wrapped piper betle with Caviar de Đuc

In justs 10 minutes, top chef David Thai has perfectly made “Grounded beef wrapped piper betle with Caviar de Đuc”. 

Ingredients:
– 120 gr grounded beef
– 10 gr mustard
– 5 gr tomato sauce
– 5gr onion, minced
– 5gr white flower
– 5 gr pickle
– 10 gr parsley, minced
– 20 gr piper betle, minded
– 2 gr Tabasco sauce
– Salt, pepper
– 100gr butter

Prepare:
– Make meet balls out of grounded beef
– Add all ingredients, well mix and season.
– But meat balls on a round tray.

Making:
– Heated pan, put on butter
– Saute each side for 5 secs
– Place and decorate (side with sour cream and Caviar de Đuc).
