Grand opening of Vietnam sturgeon fish shop in Son La city

In the morning of November 16 th , Son La Sub-Department of Agro-Forestry-Aquaculture Quality Assurance in collaboration with Vietnam Sturgeon Group has organized the opening and sale of Son La sturgeon fish shop at 149, Truong Chinh, Son La city.
Having been in experimented farming progress since 2013, the clean fish products were raised on Son La hydroelectric reservoir in Muong La district from the association between Vietnam Sturgeon Group and Son La province. At the present, they have been successful in making products out of 100 tons of fish annually. Each product has a traceability code so customers can scan the product code through phone applications. Beluga Russian sturgeon fish are nourished at clean water sources on hydropower reservoirs under a strictly comply with VietGAP and GlobalGap standards. The average one is from 2 to 15kg/ pc. The product is rich in DHA, Vitamin A, B6 and Omega6.
In upcoming future, Vietnam Sturgeon Group will continue to coordinate with Son La province to develop sturgeon area at hydropower reservoirs, support the local sturgeon breeds as well as food varieties along with nurture techniques within 3 years.
